The programme was attended by Keisham Biju Singh, Treasury Officer, Thoubal, Major Md Munir Ahmed, Dr Amom Stephen Jotin, Medical Officer, District Hospital Ukhrul, Rev Fr Emmanuel Kanta, Vice Principal, St Peter’s Higher Secondary School, Chandel, Major Thakur, Post Commander, 2nd Assam Rifles Battalion, Lakhimpur, Assistant Professor Karam Mangalleibi Chanu, NIT Manipur, Dr Hemonath Maimom, JNIMS Porompat and Dr L Kirankumar, Dr Miranda Keisham and Dr Laishram Jainjit of DM College as presidium members.
