IMPHAL, Nov 21: The students’ union of LMS Law College, Imphal will organise the 2nd State Level Open Debating Competition on the theme “The estrangement of the people of North East and J & K from the mainstream is due to the imposition of AFSPA by the Government of India” on November 24 this year, informed a press release.
