IMPHAL, Dec 12: The bomb blast on December 9 near the house of two persons identified as Akoijam Ibempishak and Huirom Priyosakhi at Singjamei in which a number of people were injured has been strongly condemned by the people of Singjamei Mayengbam Leikai.
