IMPHAL, Dec 29 : Volunteers of the Democratic Students Alliance of Manipur (DESAM) today burnt effigies of Deputy Chief Minister Gaikhangam at Keishampat and Imphal College gate, demanding publication of the full report of the police enquiry into the October 29 case wherein 5 student leaders, including DESAM president, were arrested over a scuffle at Manipur University.
