IMPHAL, Dec 29 (DIPR) :A training programme on ‘Paid News, complaint monitoring and call centre’ was conducted today at Kombirei Hall, DC Office, Lamphelpat. The training session was organized by the District Election Officer (DEO), Imphal West, as part of the 2nd round training programme on Election Expenditure Monitoring Mechanism in connection with the ensuing 11th State Legislative Assembly Election, 2017.
