IMPHAL, May 17: Ningsing Vaca bagged the first position in the Shirui mountain climbing competition (18 kms) which was held today as part of the Shirui festival. Ningsing Vaca clocked 53 minutes to complete the race. Mashunngam Hongrei who came close second clocked 53 min and 52 sec.
