IMPHAL, May 20: As a precautionary measure and for the smooth functioning of the coming Rajya Sabha by-election to be held on May 25 from 9 am to 4 pm at the Committee Room, Manipur Legislative Assembly, special arrangements have been made for entry, parking and exits of the vehicles belonging to Ministers, officials, staff, employees, media persons etc, conveyed an office memorandum issued today by the Chief Security Officer, Manipur Legislative Assembly.
