Imphal, May 25: Singam Prem of Imphal West District Rifle Association (IWDRA) set a new record in the 10-metre men’s individual pistol (ISFS) category, surpassing the 2015 record of Huidrom Ajay of Imphal West by two points on the fifth day of the 27th All Manipur Shooting Compe-tition 2017, which is currently underway at the Khuman Lampak Shooting Range.
