Thoubal: BJP former vice president Th Jadumani inspected various areas of Thoubal district which have been damaged by the overflowing of Tentha river causing flood to its nearby places.
He stated that the river bank on Kabarstan side is far lower than the other side of the river bank leading to excess flooding on the areas of Kabarstan side.
