Bishnupur: Veterinary and Animal Husbandry Minister V Hangkhalian flagged off Tiranga Yatra rally for Bishnupur district today.
Nearly 40 motor cycle were driven in the motor cycle rally which began from INA complex till Japanese War Memorial complex, Maibam Lotpa hill.
Minister V Hangkhalian, Moirang Municipal Council Chairperson M Romibala Devi, MIDA vice Chairman M Ashnikumar Singh and leaders of BJP in Bishnupur took part in inauguration of Tiranga Yatra rally.
