Jiribam, Aug 14: The 8th Haipou Jadonang Malangmei Memorial Trophy commenced at Khoupum today.
The SDO, Khoupum announced the championship as open at 10 this morning. The objective of organising this competition is to honour the sacrifices made by Haipou Jadoanang and instil in youth the ideals of Zeliang faith and the preservation of culture and tradition.
