IMPHAL, Aug 14 : Women’s Development Association (WDA), Iram Siphai Leirak has demanded the concerned authority to distribute subsidised rice under National Food Security Act for the pending eight months at the earliest failing which beneficiaries of the scheme would surrender their ration cards.
