Ukhrul, Aug 16: The Deputy Commissioner, Ukhrul, Dr Harmit Singh Pahuja, handed out the National award ” Zilla Mahilla Saman Award” along with a cash award of Rs 20, 000 to Tam Zimik (Tamreiwon Zimik) for the year 2014 during the observation of the 71st Independence Day celebration at Bakshi ground, Hungpung, Ukhrul.
