IMPHAL, Aug 17: As per Section 23(2) of the Right to Education (RTE) Act which was amended recently, all elementary teachers working in Government/Govern-ment-aided and private schools must hold Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) by March 31, 2019.
