IMPHAL, Sep 6: The State Government has submitted its new Surrender cum Rehabilitation Policy for Insurgents to the Ministry of Home Affairs.
The policy was submitted by the Joint Secretary, Home, Government of Manipur, Rihanuddin Choudury on September 4.
