THOUBAL, Sep 6 : As a part of drive against illicit drugs and alcohols conducted in connection with the ensuing 5th General Panchayat election, CDO, Thoubal detained one Mahindra XYLO E-4 at Heirok crossing yesterday at around 11.30 am, for checking and found nine cases of Royal Champion Whisky and two cases of Turbo beer from the possession of three occupants.
