IMPHAL, Sep 10: Kakching District Headquarters’ Demand Committee, Wabagai and Kakching District Headquarters’ Demand Committee, Waikhong Thongjao have today urged the State Government to locate the headquarters of newly created Kakching district at Waikhong Thongjao.
