IMPHAL, Sep 26:A two-day National seminar on “Democracy; Social Political exclusion in Tribal areas of North East India” was organised today by the Department of Political Science, Indira Gandhi National Tribal University, Regional Campus Manipur under the sponsorship of North Eastern Council (NEC) Shillong.
