IMPHAL, Oct 3 : KLASA, Keinou eked out a hard fought win over SU by a margin of 2-1 in the ongoing 12th Manipur State League to improve their standing on the league table today.
The tournament organised by All Manipur Football Association is underway at the Artificial Turf ground at Khuman Lampak.
Wary of each other, the two teams took to the field cautious of each other and did not really open up instead concentrating on keeping their citadel intact.
There were fine runs down the flanks initiated by either team, but the defence line of the two teams did well to keep the forward lines at bay.
