IMPHAL, Oct 10 : Human Rights Defender, Manipur (HRDM) organised its third foundation day at its office at Keishampat today.
A press release issued by the general secretary of HRDM stated that its chairman, Joy Chingakham and vice president, Robert Kom attended the event as the presidium members.
