IMPHAL, Oct 12:All Tribal Contractors’ Association, Manipur (ATCAM), during its consultative meeting on October 3, has condemned the decision of the State Government to scrap the concessional provision of 50 per cent deposit of the standard amount of security/earnest money fixed for the purpose of any contract work, under the preferential treatment to SC/ST, in view of the comparative economic backwardness of the community.
