IMPHAL, Oct 20: Students wing of JCILPS raided Puzzle restaurant at Singjamei Chingamathak, late night yesterday, where numerous men (including some non locals) and women were partying and behaving in immoral manners on the garb of Diwali festivities, and indefinitely closed down the restaurant.
