The governor of Manipur, Najma Heptulla has extended her warm greetings to the people of Manipur, particularly the Kuki-Chin-Mizo communities on the auspicious occasion of Kut festival on November 1. The governor also stated that the festival is celebrated as a post-harvest festival for ‘thanks giving’ to the Almighty and more people of different communities of the state have joined in to spread the message on oneness.
