Biswajit Singh, minister of CAF and PD, revenue, relief and rehabilitation, government of Manipur, Karam Shyam and minister of MAHUD, town planning, forest and environment, horticulture, soil conservation, Th. Shyamkumar have extended their heartiest wishes to the people of Manipur especially the Kuki-Chin-Mizo on the auspicious occasion of Kut on November 1.
The ministers have also wished that the festival may bring joy and happiness in the hearts of the people and spread the message of peace, love, harmony, friendship and brotherhood amongst different community of Manipur.
