Tpl, Jan 11 : Tengnoupal district police personnel arrested one self style 2nd Lieutenant of PREPAK from Dalpati, Moreh Wad number 2, at around 2 pm today.
According to police source, acting on specific information about the presence of some active UG members in and around Dalpati area, under Moreh Ward number 2, the district police launched a search operation.
During the operation, one self styled 2nd Lieutenant of PREPAK identified as Thamangjam Imocha alias Houna Luwang (40) s/o (L) Th Jugindro of Mayang Langjing Tamang was detained by the police. During preliminary interrogation, the arrested individual revealed that he joined the outfit in 2007 and is currently working under the command of self styles Lieutenant Colonel Micheal of the outfit.
