IMPHAL, Oct 13 : After noting the points spelt out by Chief Minister O Ibobi during a meeting with tribal student leaders today evening, the All Tribal Students’ Union, Manipur has decided to suspend its proposed indefinite total shutdown in tribal areas from October and instead give time till October 18.
