IMPHAL, Jun 1: While condemning the arrest of five volunteers of KSA including the general secretary by the police in connection with pulling up of two non-locals allegedly involved in the adulteration of common salt, Kangleipak Students’ Association (KSA), Jiribam Unit has warned of launching series of agitation if the students are not released unconditionally.

The All Manipur School Students’ Transporter Association (AMSSTA), People’s Action for National Democratic Movement (PANDM) and Young Women Help Organisation (YWHO) have demanded the unconditional release of the five members of Kangleipak Students’ Association (KSA) including the general secretary arrested by police for pulling up two non-locals who allegedly filled Tata Salt packets with Everyday brand salt to sell it to the public.
