IMPHAL, Nov 21 : Khongdei “(Dumai) Senapati Karong Area Welfare Association (KSKAWA), Khongdei Khuman Youth and Students’ Organisation and guardians have condemned the authorities of Mt Pisgah College, Senapati and executives of PNBA for failing to look into the incident which occurred on August 12.
