IMPHAL, May 9: The Joint Action Committee (JAC) constituted against the brutal killing of Md Farooque Khan, Md Saddam, both from Lilong Turel Ahanbi Kaleikhong and causing serious injury to Md Zamir from Lilong Haoreibi Awang Leikai has warned of launching democratic forms of agitation from May 12 if the Govt fails to translate into action the four-point charters of demand agreed between the CM and JAC members on April 15 by the evening of May 11, according to a statement issued by the JAC convenor.
