Organised by NSS Cell, Manipur University in collaboration with Regional Directorate of NSS, Guwahati, Assam, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, the inaugural programnme was graced by Prof Adya Prasad Pandey, Vice-Chancellor, Manipur University, H Deleep Singh, Commissioner, Youth Affairs and Sports/Hr and Tech Edn, Govt of Manipur, Regional Directorate of NSS, Guwahati, Dr Keisham Shitaljit Singh, programme coordinator, NSS Cell, Manipur University graced the function as the presidium members respectively.
