Ukhrul, Oct 5 : The Tangkhul Naga Wungnao Long (TNWL) and Tangkhul Headmen Association have urged the State Government to conduct Biometrics Enrolment (BME) in all the villages of the district to ensure proper coverage of people residing in Ukhrul.
