IMPHAL, Dec 19: The Tangkhul Katamnao Long Imphal (TKLI), Tangkhul People Organisation Imphal (TPOI) and the Imphal Tangkhul Shanao Long (ITSL) have strongly condemned the violence which erupted at Heikru Makhong and Seijang on December 18 and 19.
