Under National Food Security Mission, State Agriculture Department organised a one-day cropping system based training and organisation of cluster demonstration programme at Lukhambi (Khumji) village, Tamenglong district today.
Tamenglong MLA Samuel Jendai; Agriculture Director Ph Rajendro and District Agriculture Officer W Inaobi attended the programme as chief guest, president and guest of honour respectively.
Sprayers were distributed to some selected farmers during the programme which was also attended by SRI expert Th Tomba and soil expert L Sanatomba as resource persons.
