IMPHAL, Dec 6: The official announcement of vacancy of 16-Sekmai assembly constituency has been declared by the secretary of Manipur Legislative Assembly, Y Indira Devi yesterday.
Incorporating the words of regret sent by the speaker of Manipur Legislative Assembly I Hemochandra, the order of the secretary further mentioned that the speaker of Manipur regrets to announce the demise of Dr Heikham Borajao of 16-Sekmai assembly constituency who breathed his last on December 4.
