IMPHAL, Dec 6: Governor Gurbachan Jagat has condoled the sudden demise of MLA Dr Heikham Borajao.
In the condolence message, the Governor maintained that the untimely of Dr Borajao has left an irreparable void in his constituency Sekmai in particular and Manipur at large which is difficult to fill up.
