IMPHAL, April 5: A press release from the Consumers’ club of Manipur has said that some voluntary organizations have filed cases against new hair cut rates being imposed by barbers. The club has also appealed to the barbers to charge the current rates until the Consumers’ club Manipur and other voluntary organizations hold a discussion with the Barbers’ association.
