IMPHAL, May 6 (NNN): The Zeliangrong Youth Front (ZYF), All Zeliangrong Students Union (AZSU) and Zeliangrong Students Union, Manipur (ZSUM) has condemned the Silent village arson on Monday.
Manipur Government has failed to act in the same way over the Silent village arson incident and instead it has termed the incident as an issue between two villages, the statement further alleged and asked if there is any law, allowing people to burn down houses and the properties of another neighboring village on the pretext of any land dispute.
The student groups have maintained that immediate booking of those responsible for the attack on Silent Khul is the only solution to bring peace with regard to the issue.
