IMPHAL, July 7: The Public Health Engineering Department Workers and Employees Organization Manipur (PHEDWEOM) has in a release appealed against lobbing of hand grenades at the residential area.
Referring to the recent lobbing of a hand grenade at the residence of PHED Chief Engineer M Imomcha Singh at Keisamthong Top Leirak, the PHEDWEOM has appealed not to repeat such act again in the future and to settle the matter by talking with Chief Engineer.
