It has come to the notice of the Board that some of the Schools recognised by the Board have been sending up students from un-recognised schools as their own students for taking the HSLC Examinations. This practice is in contravention of existing Rules and Regulations prescribing code of conduct to be followed by the recognised schools.
All recognised schools were requested not to indulge in such unfair practices. All such students from unrecognised schools are not eligible to take the HSLC Examination and their names shall be deleted from the list of candidates. It has also been decided that in the event of any such malpractices, the defaulting schools (recognised schools) shall be liable to pay a fine of Rs. 1,00,000- (Rupees one lakh only) failing which the school shall be debarred from sending up candidates for any future HSLC Examination.
