IMPHAL, June 7: The Naga political Leaders Forum Manipur (NPLFM) today demanded that Chief Minister O Ibobi Singh should be booked and penalised under the same IPC under which con-venor of Joint Committee on Inner Line Permit System (JCILPS), Ratan Khomdram has been charged.
