IMPHAL, Nov 21 : Post graduate students of State who could not submit their application form for State Merit Scholarship, 2016-17 (fresh and renewal) through online due to late admission under Manipur University, may apply through offline forms to the Directorate of University and Higher Education, Manipur, a statement informed.
