IMPHAL, May 16: Thoubal District Council of United Peoples’ Front, Manipur (UPF) was established on May 14.
A press release issued by the secretary publicity of UPF stated that Thangjam Biren and Wahengbam Jitel have been elected as the president and general secretary of the Council.
