IMPHAL, May 18: Five Councillors and six members of Thongkhong Lakshmi Municipal Council along with one Councillor of Samurou Municipal Council, two Corporators and six Ward Members of Imphal Municipal Corporation and two members of Lairenjam Meijrao Gram Panchayat joined NPP yesterday.
