IMPHAL, Oct 5: Stating that allocation of kerosene by the Central Government to the States under Public Distribution System is for the people without any interference, RTI activist Wahengbam Joykumar has termed the verbal feud between Thangmeiband MLA Kh Joykisan and CAF&PD Minister Karam Shyam in media over monthly allocation of kerosene under PDS as unfortunate.
