IMPHAL, Oct 5 (DIPR): The Nationwide celebration of “Parytan Parv” kicked off in Imphal today at Kangla. Paryatan Parv is basically a celebration of tourism and it will be about bringing tourism at the centre stage in 21 days from October 5 to 25.
