IMPHAL, Oct 7: Chairperson of the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR), Stuti Narain Kacker and member, Yashwant Jain, will visit Imphal on Monday, to take part in the Regional Conference of North East States on Child Protection, which will be organised on October 10 in the State capital.
