IMPHAL, Oct 12: The 9th Foundation Day of Pangal Students’ Organisation (PSO) was organised at Manipur Press Club, today.
All Manipur United Club Organisation (AMUCO) advisor, KT Rahman, PSO advisor, Kh Sirajuddin, PSO founder president, Md Jakir Hussain, PSO former president, MA Wakil Alasari, Manipuri Students Federation president, N Muktangamba Mangang and PSO president, Md Ajijur Rahaman, attended the event as the presidium members. The resource persons spoke about the importance of peace and harmony among the various communities of the State and the necessity to provide compulsory education to the women, specially Meitei Pangal women, to improve their social status.
