The screening committee of State Level Kut Committee (SLKC) has selected 19 contestants for Miss Kut, 2017, which will be organised as part of the State Level Kut festival on November 1 at Imphal.
A release said that the contested were selected after the screening conducted on October 8 and 14.
It said that the contestants will be given freedom to select the traditional dress and pattern of any Kut celebrating tribes and added that for the evening gown, they will be allowed to select their favourite colour and pattern.
