IMPHAL, Jan 19: As a security measure to thwart any unwanted incident that may take place ahead of the Republic Day celebration, a team of Imphal East district police commando headed by OC Vaiphei along with women police personnel conducted search operation at Hatta Mana Ingkhol under Porompat police station today morning. Altogether 272 individuals including 72 women were verified in the search operation which was carried out under the supervision of Additional SP (Operation) K Meghachandra.
