IMPHAL, Jan 15: An extensive poppy plantation whose monetary value is estimated to be around Rs 68.60 crore was hacked and destroyed by a joint team of Narcotics and Affairs of Border (NAB) and the Central Government’s Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) at Thingjang, Kangpokpi district.
